What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message, plus the page language and, if you used it, your Treatment Finder result. The form is delivered by WebForms (webforms.to), which passes your message to us by email.
Analytics, only with your permission
If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, Amplitude and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Amplitude and Clarity may record your session (clicks, scrolling and page views) to help us improve the experience. Form fields are not used to identify you. If you reject analytics, these tools do not load.
Cookies and similar storage
Necessary storage remembers your theme and your cookie choices. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. Analytics data is kept according to each provider’s settings, for no longer than 14 months.
